Shipping Information

Thanks for shopping with us!  To make sure you’ll be totally satisfied with your purchase, we’d like you to be fully informed about how your item or items will be shipped.


Keeping Your Costs as Low as Possible

we are offering Flat Rate shipping, If you order more than one item, we will always try to group them together in one shipment. This reduces both your costs and the time it takes to receive your items.


Sometimes certain items may not be immediately available (pre-orders, back-orders, delays in manufacturing, an item was super-hot and went fast(!) or other unforeseen events).


If we have to break up a shipment because of these unexpected delays, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.


We strive to ship all orders placed within 24 hours. Depending upon where you are located, ground service delivery generally takes between 2 to 5 business days – again dependent upon your location.


Local London, ON - we offer Local London deliver frequently, drop us a line to arrange a drop off or meet up. 


International Orders

We accept most International Orders, and it is understand that any custom duties and fees are the customer’s responsibility.


Tracking Your Purchases

All purchases when possible will receive a Shipping Tracking Number in your order confirmation, allowing you to quickly and easily track the status of your delivery online.

Return Policy:

Simply contact LOVE FIT LIFE at lovefitlife.ca@gmail.com for return authorization and we'll provide return merchandise authorization. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.


We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, they cannot be accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.


All Returns Must:

• Be accompanied with original packaging and tag

• Be unworn, unwashed and free of human and animal hair

• Be free of scent

• Be free of rips and tears 


Once returned merchandise is received and has met the above criteria, a refund will be made and the customer notified by e-mail. If merchandise is not received in acceptable condition or within the 14 day period from delivery date, the return will be rejected and returned to the customer without credit allowance, with shipping & handling costs paid by the customer. An e-mail will be sent to the customer regarding the above, and with the return mailing address.
